Here's how it works for eligible properties and purchasers:
You purchase your new Florida home in the usual way.
For the no-costs period, we pay your mortgage, utility bills, homeowner association fees, pool care, pest control, and similar expenses! (Excludes any escrows and / or pre-payments).
During this period, we "adopt" your property and rent it out, but still provide you with use of your villa on a pro-rata basis.
During the no-costs period, you have the opportunity to market your property and attract further bookings.
At the end of the no-costs period, you may either a) manage the rentals yourself - your rentals should now be coming in very nicely b) ask the management company to continue renting your property on a managed rentals basis c) maximise income opportunities by combining both personal & management-sourced rentals
